Payment Options

We understand the every company has its own way of doing business. This is never more evident than in how you choose to pay for our services. We’re committed to doing business with you on the most favorable terms. Thus, we offer several options for payment.

When ordering, you can choose any of the following:

·      Check or Money Order – Please ensure that all checks are made payable to our company.

·         Payment at time of imspection.  Borrowers can pay with cash or cashiers check only.

·         Net 30 – Frequent customers can arrange for payment terms by contacting our billing department.  This is only for established customers.  All out of state clients must pay "up front" for all services performed by our firm.  There are no exeptions to this.

·         PayPal – Online payments may be made through this internet service. Additional processing fees may apply.

Occasionally we receive orders for appraisal reports where payment is required in advance. Whether the report is for a home owner, or just from a client with whom we’ve not done business before, these instances have been known to cause friction and delays in the past.

No longer. Our company now accepts Paypal payments for any transaction. You can use this option to pay for single appraisals, multiple orders or any of our other services. 

How does it work?

When you place an order on this site, just email us, we will help you with the process. When you submit the order, your payment data is sent – over a secure connection – along with the other information. You’ll receive a transaction receipt via e-mail for your records.

There is a 3% transaction fee for this service, and all out of state customers are expected to use this convenient service.

Is it safe?

Of course! My web site is protected by industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This means that every sensitive communication between your computer and our web server is scrambled. So if any payment data gets illegally intercepted, it’s completely unreadable! You can be sure that paying electronically is just as safe as doing business anywhere else on the Internet!
